1. Appointments & Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your reserved appointment slot. In the event of an unavoidable delay exceeding 15 minutes, demo reserves the right to modify or reschedule your appointment to maintain our schedule for subsequent guests.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. We kindly request at least 2 hours notice for cancellations or appointment rescheduling so we may accommodate other patrons on our waitlist.

3. Patch Tests for Chemical Services

For technical coloring, keratin, and chemical straightening procedures, our stylists may recommend a 24-hour patch test to ensure zero skin sensitivity to ammonia or hair pigments.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes in Indian Rupees (₹). We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, and cash upon completion of services.
